Huakangda's early focus was on foundational growth. In 2011, with a 50 million RMB investment, it established a 15, 000-square-meter production base for basic metal doors and windows. By 2013, noting rising real estate quality demand, it expanded into customized railings for commercial and residential projects, securing its first major with a local top 50 developer. This drove 300% revenue growth and validated its focus on precision.
2015 brought transformation: A 100 million RMB factory expansion doubled capacity and introduced German automated equipment, enabling large orders and partnerships with regional real estate giants. In 2017, anticipating green building policies, it ventured into energy-saving materials, laying groundwork for its now core energy-saving doors and windows.
In qualifications, Huakangda meets high standards. It earned Class III Construction Contracting Qualification in 2014, Class II Curtain Wall Design Qualification in 2016, and a 2018 milestone: Class I Curtain Wall Contracting Qualification from China's Housing Ministry, held by under 5% of firms. This opened doors to landmark projects like high-rises and public infrastructure.
Our 45, 000-square-meter factory integrates R&D, production, and testing under strict quality management. It manufactures metal doors/windows (aluminum alloy, steel, stainless steel), railings (balcony, staircase, landscape), and energy-saving doors/windows. The energy-saving line, with advanced insulation and low-emissivity glass, cuts building energy use by 30% - popular amid global carbon neutrality.
Its metal doors/windows earned ISO9001 certification in 2016, with annual audits ensuring compliance. By 2023, output reached 550, 000 square meters for aluminum products and 80, 000 linear meters for railings, covering domestic and international markets. The factory employs 300+ workers, 50 technical staff, and a 20-engineer R&D team with 15 patents, enabling custom production per client drawings.
Post-2020, Huakangda expanded internationally, exporting to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Projects include Singapore high-rise windows and Dubai hotel railings. Overseas business diversified revenue: 15% of 2022 revenue came from exports, with a 30% target in five years.
